Good film, I liked it.

Firstly woke up around 0650 this morning, got picked up by Fi around 0740 to head to church for Women's Srping Breakfast at 0800. Was good, Fi gave a talk on shame and honour for women in South Asia, she'll be heading out as a missionary there next year, pray that she'll be safe and guarded and can share the Good Word.

Then B and I went to the gym for a one-hour session, which wasn't as strenous as preferred but still worked its purpose. Then to Woolies and my house for lunch. Just got some bread rolls, roast chicken, made a warm pumpkin salad with feta, pinenuts, mixed salad leaves and creamy pesto dressing. Mmmmmm... nice.
And Michelle joined us for the last 3 episodes of Little Britain 3 and chatting :)

Then got an extra hour of sleep (all up 2.5h for the whole day) and got picked up and beeped at continuously (grrr...) to go see 'The Departed' at Parra with B, Mish, Vero and Adam.

'The Departed' - Recommended!
Not so badder film, considering it's an American remake of the HK 'Infernal Affairs'. Michelle watches it so she can swoon at Matt Damon, whereas B watches it for Leonardo DiCaprio, whereas I watch it for the blood, shooting and violence. Lol, I thought it was quite funny, lots of funny lines, scenes, crassness, a lot of swearing but sadly you get kinda used to it. Good twists and some shocks (moreso disappointments at who gets killed). But no it's not a comedy, it's action. Still having pretty boys cry and bleed is enjoyable to watch ;) Hey, I'm not Sadomasochist for nothing ;)
Will have to watch 'Infernal Affairs' to compare.

Kinda tired now, must wipe face, change into PJs and hop into warm bed with electric blanket on 3, yea... must turn off timer (don't wanna wake at 0650 again).

yeah, good movie! disappointing end, but as you say it's not a comedy, and at least things get evened out. everyone can start from scratch! which is positive... well, not everyone i guess. *trying desperately not to write spoilers*

lol, I love that scene in that cinema with Jack Nicholson with the you know what ;) Bwhahahahaha I was lmao, if there wasn't a seat in front of me I would've rolled down the aisle. Bwhahahahahahaha!!
Mmmm, it had a good amount of blood to not overdo it and enough action to keep it going for 2.5 hours.

yeah, there was a spot in the middle where i was kinda looking at my watch, but apart from that it had a good pace. and not too much blood, while still having alot of blood.
and yeah, that scene was pretty good :)
