This past week and a bit...

Well other than work being a little stressful, surviving, thank the Lord! You know, I'm coming home very tired but that's not because of the patient load mostly, but more so because of the mental strain of what to do for patients i.e. analysing all the data from their observations (blood pressure, pulse, heart rhythm), whether to give this medication or withhold, when to call the MOs, whether to MET call, whether to observe. Had a few chest pains, which I had to rush around and do ECGs, call some MOs, fun fun fun. Lotsa running. I feel I've earnt every cent of my pay last week.

Well next week, I'm working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and have 3 days off!!! WOOOHOOO!!!
So Thursday I'm going to Harris Farm in the am and doing some grocery shopping, then coming home and making spagbowl to Phil (we're comparing who's better), Leach is coming over for lunch on Friday (Habib's at Bankstown) and Arroz con leche for dessert so if anyone wants to come over to mine, please feel free, sms me, meet at mine between 12-1230. Then that night I've got girlfriend duty. Then the next night we've got my joint bday dinner at the Rhinedorf with Adam (churchmate), 2 birds with one stone. People are asking for bday ideas already.

So tonight I'm staying at Leachypoo's, currently on her comp loading up photos. Had the Restaurant Balzac degustation course, will let Leach write up the post about it, have learnt however we MUST have dinner at Guillame at Bennelong before Leachypoo goes to Japan, mmm... anyone have $500 spare??

Photos will be up soon on My photos

POTC 3 - damn long movie (EDIT)

Just saw it last night with Phil at the drive-ins. Yea shaddup, what? Never been to the drive-ins before?? A lot longer than I thought it would be, they had an intermission around 2100 so it finished around 2250 or so (considering it started at 1930). That's so sad for Will and Elizabeth, I don't think I could stand so long between waits. And they killed off Jonathan Pryce, I liked him! And Norrington, haha!

I'm having Monday off! w00t! Will be heading into the city to Crabtree & Evelyn (sales on) and buying a nurse's watch from somewhere... Also feel like some Malay foo, Leachypoo!! And anyone else wanna join?? :D

Went muchly shopping Friday night and yesterday morning, bought most if not all of my winter wardrobe. I'm thinking of getting some woollen leg warmers for work, it's freezing at 0600 in the am. Or maybe I can just nick Wong's ;)

Phlegm and snot now no longer yellow, more normal snotty colour, isn't that lovely eh? Still taking Codral though, oh yea, I need to take my dose. Meh screw it, I'm sick of taking Codral, maybe a hot toddy or something would be good. I do have an opened bottle of Napoleon brandy...

Recent purchases:
- 2 casual bags - w00t! Needed some, my handles were falling apart from the bag.
- 3 knitted jumpers
- 2 casual hoodies
- 1 pair of jeans - Yays for petites

Yays! Having a romantic French dinner with Leach on the 23rd ;) I'm assuming it's a smart casual dress code? Or is it a bit more? And what time do I have to be over at yours on Saturday?

Had lunch with Leach on Monday at Ichiban boshi, Leach had the Tokyo ramen and a Sapporo beer, I had a Miso ramen with sweetcorn and seaweed and a green tea.
